RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges of products in case you don’t like the product you ordered or you have chosen the incorrect size, and you would like to return it. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For this process, we always advise the use of a trackable shipping service or having shipping insurance to make sure it arrives back to us. If we don’t have a way of tracking the item to be returned we don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
At the moment of receiving your packages you have 14 days to return it. We only accept returns within 14 days from delivery date. If the garment has some defect, we will cover the shipping expenses. If there is nothing wrong with your order, you can return it by using your local post office at your cost.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear and accessories (except scarves and bags).
Refunds: Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request. Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If BARN OF MONKEYS has made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barnofmonkeys.com.
