Do I have to register to place an order?
Yes, and it’s so easy! Registering with the barn has many benefits and will make your shopping experience easy and efficient. To quickly register, enter your email address, create a password and wait for the confirmation email from BARN OF MONKEYS, then read the email for further instructions. Please make sure the email address you use is entered correctly.
Why can’t I log into my Barn of Monkeys account?
Maybe you have entered the email address or password incorrectly. Please try again!
How do I reset my password?
It’s easy to reset you password with Barn of Monkeys. Here are the following steps that will help you reset your password.
– Select “Sign In” at the right corner of our homepage.
– Select “Forgotten Password”
– Enter your registered email address in the provided box
– An email with a reset link will be sent your email address
– If you cannot locate the email, be sure to check your spam folder
– Enter the new password to log into your account
How do I change the details on my BARN OF MONKEYS account?
Changing your details in your account is fast and easy. Once you log into your account you can:
- Change your name, e-mail address, phone number, password and Edit/Add your shipping address.

PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
Pay With Paypal
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
What currencies do your accept for payment?
We accept payment in Euro.
When will I be charged?
Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. If your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though BARN OF MONKEYS has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time.
Why was my payment declined?
BARN OF MONKEYS accepts Paypal.
If you have trouble paying via credit card through Paypal: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card.
If the above instructions fail please contact your bank.
ORDERS
How long does it take for my order to ship?
When you place an order with BARN OF MONKEYS we will have to process the order first. It usually takes 2-3 business days to ship your order. There is an exception on sale/ peak periods in which you can count on 5-7 business days. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. To orders from Portugal or Spain, your package will be shipped with MRW. To other countries, your package will be shipped with UPS. Please note that for non EU shipments, customs and/or additional fees may apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here at BARN OF MONKEYS, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You will receive your order within 2-5 business days from shipping date.
How do I change/modify my order?
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. You can simply contact us and explain your requirement. We’ll make an exchange accordingly.
It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing/adding an item or changing your shipping address.
Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything about your order.
How do I cancel an order?
It is very easy to cancel a paid order on your side: Logging into your account, please click “My Orders”, find the “Cancel Order” button and select “Yes”. Choose reasons for your canceling and refund method and then submit. We’ll deal with your request as soon as possible. Once your order has been canceled, an email will be sent to inform you about your refund.
Attention: Here at BARN OF MONKEYS we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, please contact us to learn if shipment has already taken place at hello@barnofmonkeys.com
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your account and click “My Orders” button to see your orders.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can only update your shipping address before shipment.
To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address or cancel an order.
